Qualifications

• 10 years of event management experience delivering large-scale events.
• Previous experience in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in project direction, planning, budgeting and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship integration and commercial models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee LINKVIVA’s Project Management team and ensure project delivery.
• Manage review and evolve project management processes.
• Set and monitor KPIs for the Project Management team.
• Allocate resources and build teams for outstanding events.
• Integrate sponsorship and marketing into projects.
• Identify and manage diverse revenue streams.
• Oversee recruitment and development for the Project Management team.
• Support senior management in budgeting and business planning.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients for seamless delivery.
• Lead key projects and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Ensure comprehensive post-event closure.
