Job summary

Wasl Channel seeks a Head of Production to lead all production operations across film, video, photography, digital and branded content. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring outputs meet schedule, budget and quality standards.

You will build and manage a high-performing team, develop production strategies, manage budgets and vendor/client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate production risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain oversight of studio, equipment, and production resources.
• Develop and approve project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor production spending and profitability across all projects.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers, crew, talent, studios, and vendors.
