Job summary

Paradox, a bold AI-native learning platform, is seeking a Head of Product to define a new category: the Paradox OS for greatness. Based in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remote, you’ll shape a product strategy at the intersection of AI, behavioral science, and design.

You’ll recruit and lead a product team, translate vision into a roadmap, build loops, protocols, and membership experiences, and ship features with real transformation metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech.
• Bonus: experience in AI-driven products, learning design, or personal development platforms.
• Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end and can show measurable results.
• Uses Figma comfortably, prototypes directly.

Responsibilities

• As Head of Product, architect a new category, transforming growth into an AI-powered ecosystem.
• Lead product cycles from vision to live product with measurable impact.
• Define metrics and connect product outcomes to business KPIs.
