Al Rabeeh Academy invites a dynamic Head of Performing Arts to drive excellence across Drama, Dance and Music within a British-curriculum framework in Abu Dhabi. From January 2027, you will lead the department, shape the curriculum, mentor staff, and raise student achievement through engaging, high-quality teaching and performance initiatives.

You will oversee productions and enrichment activities, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with senior leaders to advance whole-school

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a Performing Arts team.
• Experience delivering English National Curriculum in an international context.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum for KS3–KS5.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the Performing Arts department to raise attainment.
• Plan and oversee school productions, ensembles, and enrichment activities.
• Develop a clear vision for Performing Arts and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor teaching quality through observations and professional development.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources to maximise learning opportunities.
