Role Overview

The Head of Operations will lead the strategic direction of the firm’s operational framework. This includes ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the company’s trading systems while driving innovation through automation and AI. The role focuses on building future‑ready operations rather than managing day‑to‑day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee projects that enhance system performance, automation, and scalability.
• Ensure stability, reliability, and resilience of global trading operations.
• Integrate Generative AI and automation into operational processes.
• Collaborate with development and trading teams to manage and resolve critical incidents.
• Build and maintain a robust operational risk framework.
• Own the production trading environment, ensuring seamless execution and settlement.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify operational risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, trading systems, or SRE within a trading or fintech environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional technical teams.
• Expert knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Puppet, etc.).
• Understanding of financial markets, trading lifecycle, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
