Key Responsibilities

• Share exemplary teaching practice and help build consistent high-quality English instruction across the department.

• Strengthen students' skills in reading, writing, literary analysis, spoken communication, and critical thinking.
• Work with school leadership to align English department priorities with whole-school improvement goals.
