We are establishing a new Corporate Service Provider (CSP) license in DIFC and are seeking an experienced CSP Manager to lead the setup and full operational rollout of the new entity. This is a senior‑level role requiring hands‑on expertise in DIFC corporate services, regulatory compliance, operational management, and business development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in successfully establishing or managing a CSP platform within DIFC and will be capable of driving growth, maintaining regulatory standards, and ensuring seamless client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end setup of the new CSP under DIFC, including licensing, operational framework, policies, and systems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with DIFC, DFSA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Oversee corporate services operations, including incorporation, structuring, company secretarial services, compliance filings, and ongoing entity management.
  • Develop internal processes, governance frameworks, and compliance protocols in line with DIFC regulations.
  • Handle client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage service delivery to clients with high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Drive business development, build a portfolio of clients, and grow the practice.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members as the CSP grows.
  • Provide strategic input on expansion opportunities and service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5–7+ years) in a DIFC Corporate Service Provider or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of DIFC and DFSA regulatory frameworks, processes, and requirements.
  • Prior experience in setting up or managing a CSP platform is highly preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate structuring, entity management, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage operations independently and build processes from scratch.
  • Business development mindset with the ability to attract and retain clients.
