Head of Business Operations — Fintech (Crypto / FX / CFD)
About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking fintech platform, is hiring a Head of Business Operations to oversee day-to-day operations while building the systems, processes, and cadence that enable scale. You’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team—driving execution, partnering on strategy, and ensuring the business runs with clarity and discipline in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned to company vision.
- Set measurable goals for performance and growth; own reporting and dashboards to keep teams aligned.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives ladder up to long‑term objectives.
Process Design & Automation
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable, streamlined processes.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and documentation that improve accountability.
- Implement tools and automation to reduce friction and improve data‑driven decision‑making.
Project & Program Management
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end using structured methodologies (OKRs/Agile/Kanban).
- Drive clarity of scope, timelines, and ownership; ensure disciplined execution across teams.
Org & Team Operations
- Oversee company‑wide operations: policies, performance management, and compliance across entities.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development to strengthen operational maturity.
- Manage partner/vendor relationships and support expansion activities (e.g., alliances, new ventures).
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10 years in operations/strategic programs/consulting within high‑growth environments; experience as a Head of Operations or equivalent in FX/CFD/Crypto is strongly preferred.
- Fintech/Banking/Blockchain background with understanding of core business functions (HR, Finance, Marketing).
- Demonstrable track record in strategic planning, business development, and scaling processes/systems.
- Outstanding organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; highly analytical and time‑efficient.
