We are seeking an accomplished and business-savvy leader to oversee the full operations of an ultra-luxury retail brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-end retail management, strategic business development, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving the brand’s performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail operations across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Performance
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the brand in alignment with the group’s vision and growth objectives.
- Oversee P&L, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to strengthen brand presence and sales performance.
Retail Operations Management
- Lead all retail operations across the brand’s locations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with global brand standards.
- Drive operational excellence in inventory management, visual merchandising, and client servicing.
- Implement systems and procedures to enhance store efficiency, stock control, and customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing retail and back-office team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor store managers and department heads to achieve sales and operational targets.
Brand Experience & Client Relations
- Ensure that the customer journey reflects the brand’s exclusivity, craftsmanship, and luxury ethos.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clientele and oversee clienteling initiatives to drive loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to design activations, events, and partnerships that elevate brand visibility.
Commercial & Strategic Partnerships
- Liaise with principals, brand partners, and suppliers to maintain alignment with brand standards and commercial terms.
- Support regional expansion initiatives and explore new business opportunities within the luxury segment.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in managing P&L and delivering commercial growth in the high-end or luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury customer profile, retail operations, and brand positioning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Arabic, or Italian is a plus.
