The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree related to healthcare or aesthetics and at least 7 years of experience in clinical training. Key responsibilities include developing training strategies, managing trainers, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel throughout the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical training within the aesthetic dermatology beauty or wellness industry.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured training strategy aligned with operational and clinical goals.
• Oversee onboarding journey for new clinical staff ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Train staff on the use and safety of laser devices and aesthetic protocols.
• Manage a team of regional trainers and collaborate with HR and Marketing.
• Conduct routine audits and implement corrective action plans.
