Job summary

Antons in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead the day-to-day home healthcare operations in Dubai. The role covers patient onboarding, nurse and caregiver deployment, scheduling, staffing, service quality, client coordination, operational planning, and regulatory compliance.

The Operations Head will work with clinical and administrative teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality care at home, meeting DHA guidelines and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, business administration is required.
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai DHA requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day home healthcare operations in Dubai.
• Ensure 24/7 home healthcare services and staffing.
• Coordinate patient onboarding, assessments, and care plans.
• Manage scheduling, workforce deployment, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements and company procedures.
