What You’ll Do
- You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
- You will be an integral part of the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You will lead the hostess team, manage and maximise reservations, liaise with regular guests, and ensure an immaculate personal presentation of the team.
- You will warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, farewell at the end, and respond to enquiries by e‑mail or telephone, converting enquiries into reservations to help achieve outlet targets.
- You will ensure the outlet is in immaculate condition and that all service standards are adhered to by supporting team members.
- You will keep the rest of the team aware of upcoming reservations, special events and maintain knowledge that allows them to assist guests in the best possible way.

- You will monitor revenue targets, ensuring they are achieved and exceeded, while all costs are controlled within pre‑set budgets, including beverage cost and other expenses.
- By participating in a daily pre‑service briefing you and the team will be well informed of daily happenings and upcoming service.
- During your routine you will liaise with other departments to maintain an immaculate presentation of the outlet and uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance—including furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
- Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
- You may occasionally be required to adjust your hours of work to cover operation needs.
- You acknowledge that beach club operations involve exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure and requiring standing and walking for long periods.

- English is the primary language used in our beach club; you can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages—Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German—are highly desirable.
- You hold a University Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of 2 years in a similar position and bring a wealth of experience from luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
