Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, high-performing FP&A Head to manage complex financial reporting processes, lead a diverse team, and drive operational excellence within a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for two operating companies

  • Lead and transform financial teams, managing both onshore and offshore resources

  • Drive process automation and digital transformation in financial reporting

  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization

  • Develop and implement strategic financial insights to support decision-making

Must-Have Requirements
  • Extensive FP&A experience in professional services (15+ years)

  • Proven track record of building and transforming high-performing finance teams

  • Experience managing large, complex reporting processes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet critical deadlines
