We are looking for a strategic, high-performing FP&A Head to manage complex financial reporting processes, lead a diverse team, and drive operational excellence within a matrix organization.
Own end-to-end financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for two operating companies
Lead and transform financial teams, managing both onshore and offshore resources
Drive process automation and digital transformation in financial reporting
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix organization
Develop and implement strategic financial insights to support decision-making
Extensive FP&A experience in professional services (15+ years)
Proven track record of building and transforming high-performing finance teams
Experience managing large, complex reporting processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet critical deadlines
