Role Overview

As Head Concierge , you will be the ambassador of the Banyan Tree experience — a trusted host and curator of unforgettable journeys for our guests. You’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service that reflects our brand’s warmth, sophistication, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the Concierge team to deliver seamless, anticipatory service for all guest requests, from bespoke experiences to everyday comforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and repeat visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects Banyan Tree’s signature touch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, attractions, and service providers to craft memorable experiences for guests.
  • Manage daily operations of the Concierge Desk, including transport arrangements, restaurant reservations, excursions, and guest logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, and F&B teams to ensure a cohesive and personalised guest journey.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Dubai’s offerings — cultural events, fine dining, shopping, wellness, and hidden gems — to provide genuine recommendations.
  • Oversee team training, performance, and development, ensuring adherence to service standards and brand values.
  • Handle guest feedback with empathy and efficiency, turning opportunities into lasting loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HeadConcierge or Guest Services role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Member of Les Clefs d’Or preferred (or strong eligibility).
  • In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s lifestyle, culture, and attractions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven leadership ability with a calm, polished, and guest‑focused approach.
  • A genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences and leading with heart.
