Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Certified in HACCP and Food Safety.
• Experience in high volume kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train kitchen staff.
• Supervise production staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain health and safety standards.

Skills
