Julphar is seeking a Head of Business Support to oversee analytics, reporting, planning and governance across the organization. The role focuses on leading Power BI, Excel, SharePoint-based analytics, and cross-functional reporting to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in pharma/medical analytics, expertise in BI systems, and strong leadership skills to coach teams, manage budgets, and engage with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical industry with analytics exposure.
• Expertise in business intelligence, reporting systems and planning processes.

Job Summary/Main Purpose

The Head of Business Support leads business support functions across the organization through analytics, reporting, planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting

• Lead data analytics initiatives utilizing Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and other applications.
• Prepare and enhance periodic reports for executive management.
• Develop integrated data solutions aligning cross-functional reporting requirements.
• Support planning and budget cycles through data collection and reporting.

Strategic Planning & Business Support

• Lead strategic alignment across projects supporting organizational goals.
• Introduce innovative methods and process improvements.
• Manage the movement of information between business leaders and executive management.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, coach and motivate team members.
• Drive SMART KPIs, development and performance management.
• Direct staff recruitment, training and evaluations.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Lead internal and external communication including IQVIA and AMS.
• Coordinate liaison between stakeholders internally and externally.

Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement

• Identify risks and mitigation mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, or a related healthcare discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, or any related industry.
• Experience in business planning, analytics, and organizational support functions.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of business planning and effectiveness principles.
• Expertise business intelligence and reporting systems.

Skills

• Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
