An exclusive beach club at a renowned 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead its bar operations. This is a high-profile role in a vibrant, guest-focused environment where creativity, precision, and luxury service come together.

Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head Bartender or senior bar role in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, and bar operations
• Experience in venues serving alcohol is essential
• Excellent guest service and team leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end beach club setting
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Compensation Package:
