Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs

We are a reputable company in El-Ain seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various properties, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards. This is a part-time position suitable for men, with a salary of 1100$ per month.

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any issues or needed repairs
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
• Install fixtures and appliances such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and kitchen appliances
• Repair or replace damaged or faulty equipment and tools
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
