Bedashing Beauty Lounge is seeking an experienced hairstylist for its luxury Abu Dhabi salon. The role requires expertise in cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, and blow-dry styling, along with strong client consultations.

Candidates should have a cosmetology program completion and a valid license, with at least 5 years in premium environments and fluency in English. Experience with luxury brands is a plus and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience, preferably in a premium or luxury salon
• Advanced skills in hair cutting, coloring, highlights, balayage, blow-dry styling and hair treatments
• Strong consultation and client relationship skills
• Confident working with different hair types, textures and styles
• Excellent understanding of professional haircare products and techniques
• Well-groomed, professional and service-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency preferred
• Completion of a cosmetology program from an accredited institution; valid state cosmetology license or certification
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a salon environment
