Ontime Group in Dubai is seeking a Gynecologist Specialist to provide comprehensive reproductive health care for women, emphasizing well-being and patient-centered care.

The role requires an MD/MBBS with OB-GYN specialization, a DHA license, UAE experience, and strong clinical and communication skills to educate patients and guide treatment across menstruation, fertility, pregnancy and menopause.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid DHA license to practice as a Gynecologist Specialist.
• Experience in gynecological practice preferably within the UAE.
• Strong clinical skills in gynecological procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide empathetic and holistic care to patients.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform examinations, diagnostics and treatment of gynecological conditions.
• Provide routine gynecological care including screenings such as Pap smears and breast exams.
• Counsel and discuss treatment options for menstruation, fertility, pregnancy and menopause.
• Conduct minor surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Educate patients about reproductive health and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records per healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with advancements in gynecology via CPD.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations diagnostics and treatment of various gynecological conditions.
• Administer routine gynecological care including health screenings and preventative examinations such as Pap smears and breast examinations.
• Provide counseling and treatment options for issues related to menstruation fertility pregnancy and menopause.
• Conduct minor surgical procedures as necessary and manage post-operative care.
• Educate patients about reproductive health family planning and preventive health measures.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in gynecology through continuous professional education.
