Job summary

ProSports UAE is expanding its gymnastics program and is seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to deliver high-quality sessions following the USA Gymnastics program. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every class, ensure safety and proper skill development, and motivate gymnasts across various ages and levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of gymnastics coaching experience.
• Familiarity with the USA Gymnastics program (USAG).
• Valid driving license and access to a car.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
• Recognized gymnastics coaching certifications.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct gymnastics sessions for various age groups and levels.
• Ensure safety, engagement, and proper skill development in every class.
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to maintain program standards.
• Evaluate athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in organizing events, clinics, and competitions.
