Job summary

A luxury hotel and resort chain in Dubai is seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in accordance with luxury standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience from 5-star hotels, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in remote locations. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years working experience in a position relevant to Front Office procedures from 5* hotels and resorts.
  • Experience in working in remote locations is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist front office leaders to coordinate all activities in Guest Services Center.
  • Ensure all guest feedback is responded to within 48 hours.
  • Manage GXP functionalities and processes.
