This role involves managing guest inquiries, facilitating smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, and proactively addressing guest needs and complaints.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression at every interaction.
  • Facilitate check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in both Arabic and English.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Handle cash and process guest payments accurately with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Record guest information and update records as necessary in the database.
  • Assist guests with special requests such as reservations and itinerary planning.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements
