About The Role

As the Guest Relations Manager at Ling Ling, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with the venue’s high-profile and loyal clientele. You will ensure that every guest interaction reflects Ling Ling’s luxury standards, delivering personalized, seamless, and memorable experiences that exceed expectations.

You will manage VIP bookings, special requests, and exclusive experiences, coordinating closely with operations, service, and events teams to ensure flawless execution. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance guest loyalty, implement tailored engagement initiatives, and drive repeat business, while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and an intimate knowledge of guest preferences.

About You

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in VIP or guest relations within a luxury hospitality, fine dining, nightlife, or lifestyle venue. You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate guest needs, solving challenges before they arise. Experience in managing reservations, guest preferences, and VIP programs is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
