Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Ajman is seeking a Recreation Attendant to serve as a key resource for guests enjoying on-property recreation facilities including pools, beach, and fitness center. You will inform guests about activities, promote safety, and support event-related gatherings with friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include scheduling guests, handling cashier tasks where needed, and assisting injured guests until EMS arrival while maintaining cleanliness and Marriott

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• Experience with recreation equipment used in guest activities.
• Certification or training required by local and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities.
• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and safe atmosphere and enforce facility rules.
• Process payments for rental equipment, activities, or facility rentals where applicable.
• Assist hosting private functions with group activities and events.
• Be alert to unsafe situations and report to supervisor; assist injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow policies, procedures, and Marriott standards; maintain professional appearance.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
