Job summary

El-Ain is seeking an experienced, friendly waiter to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist with inquiries to ensure a great dining experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior waiter experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/server is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred but not required.
• Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper table setting according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure all guests are provided with an exceptional dining experience.
