Job summary

Flyper in Musaffah, UAE is seeking an outstanding Waiter to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and dishes while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Prior waiter or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and take accurate orders.
• Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and friendly service.
• Prepare beverages, salads, appetizers, desserts, etc. as requested.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards.
• Keep work areas clean throughout the shift.
• Handle payments efficiently following cash handling procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels during the shift.
• Maintain updated knowledge of menu items and specials.
