The role requires strong English communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, and a neat, professional appearance. Experience in hospitality and basic POS knowledge are preferred, with UAE experience a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and escort to tables when required.
• Present menus and explain items, promotions, and specials.
• Take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset for new guests.
• Process customer bills and handle payments according to procedures.
• Balance bills and ensure payment accuracy.
