Job summary

Autograph Collection is seeking a Guest Service Expert to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will take initiative to deliver a memorable dining experience, interact with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure clean, organized service areas.

You will represent brand standards and maintain professional appearance and behavior during all shifts. Responsibilities include serving guests, reading menus, and upholding safety and quality standards while following Marriott policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Set tables and greet guests, taking care to communicate with the kitchen.
• Interact with guests and serve food and beverages, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining stations and supplies during shifts.
