We are looking for a Guest Experience intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure.

You will be expected to

  • Become a front desk genius mastering the art of checkins checkouts and turning guests into raving fans!
  • Dive into the digital realm of hotel booking software becoming a techsavvy hospitality hero.
  • Channel your inner selfby supporting various departments from housekeeping to food and beverage and beyond!
  • Join forces with your fellow interns in epic team meetings brainstorming ways to make guest experiences unforgettable.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuinga Hospitality Management Tourism or related degree program from a reputed International Hospitality School
