Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out and to deliver a memorable stay. You will take initiative to guide guests through their experience.

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
