Job summary

Sheraton Dubai is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to help create memorable stays for guests from check-in to check-out. You will proactively handle guest requests, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a professional appearance and service standards.

This role requires staying on your feet for extended periods, moving around the property, and following Marriott policies.

• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and process related requests.
• Address guest requests, complete reports, and share local highlights.
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and professional environment per company policies.
• Move around the property on foot, lift and carry items as needed (up to 10 pounds).

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
