Job summary

Aloft Hotels, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay. You will assist with check-in/check-out, guide guests through services, and handle requests with a friendly, proactive approach.

The role involves moving about the property, lifting up to 50 pounds with help, and supporting luggage handling. You will uphold safety standards, dress and communicate professionally, and contribute to a consistently high guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and provide guest services.
• Address guest requests and guide guests through local area highlights and experiences.
• Move about the property and assist with loading/unloading luggage to and from the bell area.
• Complete reports and maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and safety procedures.

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps) and taking a hands‑on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
