Job summary

A prestigious hotel in Dubai is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a memorable experience. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Knowledge in an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
  • Ensure guests are greeted by name and escorted to their room.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information.
  • Process accounts accurately from check-in to check-out.
