Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office and managing Butler operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
• 3-5 years in related experience or minimum of 2 years experience in the same role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Butler/Palace Host Team.
• Track all kinds of guest preferences and maintain the database.
• Develop and implement new initiatives to improve guest experience.
