Job summary

A leading hotel chain in Dubai is searching for a Welcome Centre Operator to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role requires a friendly, warm voice and outstanding communication skills. The successful candidate will manage guest calls, follow up on requests, and ensure high-quality service at all times. A high school diploma is necessary, and proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of other languages is a plus. This position involves working a rotating 24-hour schedule to provide continuous guest support.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• High level of personal maturity is vital for this position.
• Good visual memory required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls within 3 rings with a friendly tone.
• Ensure guest messages and requests are documented and followed up correctly.
• Maintain the Operator Room tidy at all times.
