Job description

The Role

Radiant Technologies is a bootstrapped, profitable software holding company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer products and scale them through paid acquisition, organic distribution, and growth loops built into the product itself.

Today, parts of our growth machinery run on third-party SaaS — no-code funnel builders, hosted web analytics, other people's pixels. That means vendors sit between us and our own conversion data. We're bringing that machinery in-house, and this seat owns the build.

The mandate: everything between an ad click and a paying customer, in code we own — conversion funnels, a first-party analytics and attribution layer, and the internal dashboards the whole company reads. It's customer-facing surfaces on top of serious data plumbing, built with high direction from the founders.

What You'll Do
  • 01 Build conversion funnels in code — quiz flows, paywalls, checkout — replacing the no-code tools that own them today
  • 02 Build our own web analytics on a columnar store — think ClickHouse / Tinybird — so traffic data never leaves the house
  • 03 Design a first‑party pixel and event schema for attribution across channels — paid, organic, email, product
  • 04 Ship the internal dashboards the founders and team actually run the business from
  • 05 Iterate funnels against real numbers — the point of owning the stack is that testing stops waiting on a vendor
  • 06 Use AI tooling heavily — and own every line it produces. You read what you ship and can defend it in review
What We Screen For
You've Built a Real Funnel

Not a landing page — a flow that took strangers from click to payment, where you saw the drop-off numbers and did something about them.

Event‑Schema Literacy

You think in events, properties, and identity resolution. Experience with columnar analytics stores — ClickHouse, Tinybird, or similar — is a strong plus; caring about who can see your data is the actual requirement.

TypeScript & Next.js Depth

Roughly 3–5 years of front-end-leaning full‑stack work. The funnels are product surfaces — they need design sense and copy instincts, not just working forms.

Builder Judgment

Replacing a vendor is a staged migration, not a rewrite. You can run the new thing alongside the old one, prove it, then cut over — without ever dropping a paying customer's event.

The Process

We don't run take-home tests. Most of our products aren't public, so an exercise set from the outside would tell us less than a real conversation and a real week of work.

  • 01 Intro call — 20 minutes with the founder
  • 02 Product conversation — a live walkthrough of a real funnel and its real numbers
  • 03 Trial week — one week, part-time, on real work
  • 04 Offer — direct, and quickly
You Shouldn't Apply If
  • You're an analyst who reports on numbers. This seat builds the thing that produces them.
  • You've only ever wired up someone else's analytics SDK. Here you're on the other side of the pixel.
  • You ship what the agent generates without reading it. AI writes a lot of our first drafts; humans own everything that merges.
Ready to own the stack?

If you want to build the funnel, the pixel, and the dashboard — and never wait on a vendor again — we'd love to hear from you.
