Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of Pakistani market trends and suppliers preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to relocate to Jabal-Ali, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient storage and distribution
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments and work with suppliers to resolve any issues
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any other supply chain related concerns
• Analyze data and create reports on supply chain performance for management review
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
