Job summary

Flip retail in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing internet marketing efforts across email, social, and ad campaigns.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram; work on SEO/SEM, content ideas, and analytics to drive growth. This is a full-time role offering AED 3,000–4,000 monthly. Relocation or commuting to Sharjah is expected.

Qualifications

• Tried and tested experience as Digital Marketing Executive or comparable role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
• Creative content writing skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Help formulate strategies to build long-term digital relationships with customers
• Strategize and monitor ongoing online presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Launch optimized online adverts with Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to boost business and brand recognition
• Engage in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc)
• Prepare online newsletters and marketing emails and distribute across channels
• Provide innovative ideas for web content and update the website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools
• Stay updated on online advertising trends and refresh strategies
• Maintain relationships with media agencies and suppliers
