Americana Restaurants is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead data-driven growth initiatives across multiple markets. You will design cohort-based discounting models, collaborate with food delivery aggregators, and act as a regional leader for strategic growth ideas.

The role focuses on improving advertising efficiency and optimizing promotional spend by shifting from blanket discounts to targeted, data-driven strategies, enabling scalable expansion across 12 markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth analytics or central commercial function within food delivery, ecommerce, or large restaurant groups.
• Strong experience in business analysis, growth analytics, or performance optimization.
• Exposure to multi-market or regional responsibilities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to design and lead implementation of cohort-based discounting and visibility models.
• Partner with aggregators to align on discounting and growth framework and influence advanced targeting capabilities.
• Act as regional point of contact for strategic growth initiatives across 30+ aggregator platforms.
