Expomagic Exhibition Stands & Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer & Large-Format Printer Machine Operator with CNC knowledge to manage artwork preparation, printing production, and support CNC cutting requirements for exhibition stands and signage.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and RIP software, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in graphic design and large-format printing.
• CNC machine knowledge/experience is required.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of RIP software, print preparation, color management, and CNC file preparation.
• Experience in exhibitions, signage, events, or advertising production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare print-ready artwork for exhibition stands, signage, banners, stickers, backdrops, and displays.
• Operate large-format printing machines and ensure accurate, high-quality output.
• Set up print files, colors, dimensions, resolution, and machine settings.
• Perform basic printer maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare/coordinate files for CNC cutting and routing.
• Work with materials such as vinyl, acrylic, PVC/Forex, MDF, wood, and other signage materials.
• Conduct quality checks and minimize printing/material wastage.
• Coordinate with designers, production, fabrication, and installation teams to meet deadlines.
