Graphic Designer (Contract)

A Dubai-based design studio is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, while adhering to brand guidelines and meeting client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality designs that align with client needs and company standards
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects, including social media posts, website banners, print advertisements, and more
• Use Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce and edit design work
• Understand design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work
• Ensure all designs are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and make necessary revisions
• Maintain a portfolio of past work to showcase your skills and creativity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory and branding guidelines
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Attention to detail with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
• Familiarity with motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects) is a plus

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Dubai (candidates must be currently located in Dubai)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months initially with potential for extension)
