Job summary

BK Gulf LLC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce high quality visual marketing collateral for both digital and print channels. You will ensure brand consistency, coordinate with external photographers and videographers, and manage asset libraries and templates.

The role requires a UAE MOFA attested degree in graphic design, strong Adobe skills, a robust portfolio, and at least three years of experience in corporate or agency settings. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years' professional graphic design experience in producing print and digital collateral, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house setting.
• Experience in construction, engineering, MEP, data centre, or built-environment sector is beneficial.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing brand collateral, exhibition artwork, brochures, social/digital assets, and managing supplier handovers.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines across multiple channels, design for LinkedIn, and brief external photographers/videographers.
• Experience in working with multiple brands/entities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design brand collateral such as brochures, leaflets, flyers, company profiles, exhibition graphics, banners, and print-ready large-format artwork.
• Create digital and social media designs including tiles for LinkedIn/Instagram, announcement graphics, digital banners, email headers, and newsletter templates.
• Develop presentation and proposal designs like pitch decks, award submissions, tender support materials, and PowerPoint master templates.
• Design for events and exhibitions including booth artwork, stand panels, and event collateral for various exhibitions.
• Manage integration of photography/video assets by briefing external suppliers, coordinating, filing, and integrating delivered assets.
• Uphold brand guidelines for BK Gulf and BK Modular, maintaining templates and asset libraries.
• Coordinate with vendors for print, signage, merchandise, and event supplies, and approve pre-press proofs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand governance, and approved processes related to SHEQ.
