Job summary

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support branding and marketing initiatives by creating high-quality visual communications aligned with Hyatt International's brand standards.

You will concept, design, and produce artwork for advertising, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, PR materials, collateral, and on-property assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Graphic Designer or similar.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software; knowledge of digital design and branding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce creative artwork for advertising, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, PR materials, collateral and on-property assets.

Job description

You will be responsible for supporting the hotel’s branding and marketing initiatives through the creation of high-quality visual communications in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing creative artwork for advertising, promotional campaigns, digital platforms, social media, public relations materials, collateral, and on-property communication assets. This role ensures brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, supports marketing objectives, and enhances the hotel’s visibility and positive exposure in local, national, and international markets through impactful and engaging design solutions.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design software is essential. Good creative thinking, visual communication, time management, and project coordination skills are a must. Knowledge of digital design, social media content creation, branding, and print production processes will be an advantage.
