Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience, preferably in an academic environment.
  • Proficiency in technical skills including MS Office to support administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Dean of Graduate Studies.
  • Acts as liaison between Graduate Studies Deanship and other University offices.
  • Maintains the calendar of the Dean and coordinates travel arrangements.
