• Rotation Across Departments: Selected candidates will rotate through multiple departments including but not limited to: Sales & Client Management Marketing Operations Underwriting Actuarial HR Legal & Compliance. This comprehensive exposure is designed to provide a well‑rounded understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Ethraa Program Integration: Participants will be enrolled in the Ethraa Training program allowing them to enhance their academic qualifications alongside their practical experience. This dual approach ensures that graduates are both
