Job summary

AECOM in Dubai is seeking UAE-national mechanical engineering graduates to join our team as entry-level engineers. You will work under mentorship to develop design and drafting skills, apply CAD tools, and contribute to real infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have a BE in Mechanical Engineering (2024 or later), strong analytical ability, teamwork, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a family book.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduated in 2024 or onwards.
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and theory.
• Proficiency with CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to create technical drawings, sketches, and schematic diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional engineering skills under mentorship.
