Job summary

WSP UAE is seeking a Graduate Landscape Architect for the UAE market, focusing on landscape design, planning and environmental projects. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience and mentorship from senior professionals within a supportive consultancy.

The position is open to Emirati nationals as part of Emiratisation and requires a passion for sustainability, strong teamwork and the ability to contribute across multidisciplinary teams on landmark projects across the region.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with valid Family Book).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture (Landscape Track), Environmental Design, or related field.
• Strong interest in landscape design, sustainability, and the natural environment.
• Basic knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, or other design tools (training will be provided).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to support multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of landscape design packages, drawings, and presentations.
• Assist senior landscape architects with concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
• Conduct site visits, collect data, and support project documentation.
• Contribute to the development of planting plans, softscape and hardscape details.
• Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Assist in preparing reports, technical notes, and project deliverables.
• Conduct research on materials, sustainability practices, plant species, and regional landscape trends.
• Ensure all work complies with WSP quality standards and project requirements
