Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Recent graduate from 2023 onwards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good prioritizing, organizational and time management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Six-month generalist rotations within support/business areas.
• Twelve-month specific placement in Marketing providing specialist knowledge of operations.
• Support with the day-to-day operations.
• Support with project management and development; prepare presentations.
• Participate in business challenges.
• Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
• Participate in all assigned development programmes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in the shopping malls industry.
• Ability to work effectively across the organization to guarantee future success.
