Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer (Part Time Contract) to assist in developing engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

You will support day‑to‑day project activities, collaborate with design, project controls, construction and stakeholders, participate in reviews, ensure quality and participate in continuous learning to grow in your engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with GPA 3.5+ (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architecture or related).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in engineering software/tools is an advantage (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MATLAB).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation under senior guidance.
• Support day-to-day project activities: data collection, analysis, reporting, and preparation of deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project progress and alignment.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to quality assurance by ensuring compliance with standards and project procedures.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal teams or stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning to develop competencies in the project and discipline.

AtkinsRealis is looking for an Emirati Graduate Engineer (Part Time Contract) for our key project based in Dubai, UAE.

Your role

• Assist in the development of engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support day‑to‑day project activities, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and preparation of engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including design, project controls, construction, and stakeholder management—to support project progress and alignment.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings to gain insight into engineering processes and project requirements.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities by ensuring work complies with engineering standards, safety guidelines, and project procedures.
• Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and updates for internal teams or external stakeholders.

About you
